Trooping the Colour washout as thousands on Mall to be soaked in wet weather

WXCharts shows the rain moving out of London at around 6pm.

The Met Office currently says there is a 60 percent chance of rain at 1pm, a 60 percent chance at 4pm, and a 40 percent chance at 7pm.
