Building on the success of its 2023 launch, the CDO Travel & Hospitality Exchange returns for its second year on 11-12 September 2024 at Hilton Syon Park in London. This event gathers senior data leaders from the travel and hospitality sectors for two days of learning, discussion, and networking. Attendees will gain valuable insights on harnessing data for operational excellence, building world-class data teams, and enhancing customer experiences through effective data use.
The travel and hospitality industry faces unique challenges in data organization and governance due to the multitude of systems and suppliers involved.
