Designed by architect AHMM, the Shoreditch High Street project will involve a 125m main tower with a part eight-storey and part seven-storey building plus two levels of basement.
Known as One Fairchild Street, the £300m scheme will offer around 32,000m² of office space, with retail floorspace at ground level.
In a late design change, the brick cladding has been switched from a dark grey to a warmer terracotta colour.
The client team includes project and cost manager Cumming Group and WSP providing structural, civils and M&E consultancy.
It is estimated that over the 3.5-year construction programme around 675 construction jobs will be sustained.
