Free pasta to be given out in London this week for World Pasta Day

World Pasta Day can only be celebrated one way: with a warm dish of delicious pasta. Bonus points if it’s free of course.

Pasta Evangelists is back with its free pasta offer to celebrate the annual day on October 25, as part of the company’s mission to bring “pasta to the people”.

In a nationwide giveaway, the fresh pasta brand will offer the British public free dishes in 25 locations across the country, eight of which are in London.

Pasta Evangelists delivers boxes of fresh pasta across the country, as well as running fresh pasta counters in Harrods food hall and select M&S stores in Kensington and Clapham, and offering a Pasta School in London.

The giveaway includes two of its most popular pasta dishes: the best-selling Beef Shin Ragu and a vegetarian option with Wild Mushroom Sauce.

Each location will have 200 portions of pasta available, served fresh between 3pm and 4pm on a first-come, first-served basis.

London locations include Boxpark Shoreditch, Camden, Chiswick, Clapham, Farringdon, Greenwich, Richmond and Wembley.

Outside the capital, customers will be able to receive free pasta all over Great Britain, with hotspots including Brighton, Cardiff, Edinburgh, Glasgow, Manchester, Newcastle, Nottingham, Oxford and Reading.

There’s no need to sign up in advance but it’s worth getting there early to make sure you are one of the lucky 200 for each location.
