Gemma Chan and Boyfriend Dominic Cooper Enjoy a Chic Outing Together Shopping in London
The actors have been romantically linked since 2018
Gemma Chan and Dominic Cooper are spending quality time together.
On Tuesday, Nov. 26, actors Chan, 41, and Cooper, 46, were photographed stepping out in London as they appeared to take a shopping trip through the city.
The couple, who have been romantically linked since 2018, both wore sunglasses for the midweek outing as they carried shopping bags.
The Mamma Mia! actor and the Eternals actress began dating after Cooper split from Ruth Negga in 2018. In September of that year, photos showed Chan and Cooper holding hands during a trip to Spain.

The couple were also photographed on a vacation in Spain in August. Back in July 2022, they were seen attending matches at the Wimbledon Tennis Championships in London.
That same month, Chan told Harper’s Bazaar that she felt “so fortunate to be in relationship where we can talk about anything” while discussing life with Cooper during the pandemic, a time when she felt a responsibility to speak out against hate crimes targeting the Asian community.
“Dom was very understanding and empathetic,” she said at the time. “I was quite open about how I was feeling during that time, and he was just incredibly supportive. I definitely didn’t feel I had to shoulder everything on my own. I’m really, really lucky.”

Prior to dating Cooper, Chan was in a relationship with actor and comedian Jack Whitehall between 2011 and 2017.
The actress is known for keeping the details of her personal life private. “Over 10 years you learn the importance of privacy, what you choose to share and what you don’t,” she told ELLE U.K. in a 2021 interview.
“When you start out, you don’t even know what is important to keep for yourself — I didn’t anyway. Whereas, now I think there are certain things that I absolutely know, ‘That’s mine and it’s private.’ For me, my comfort level is to have a clear distinction between what is for me and what I’m happy to talk about.”
