Bayern Munich’s Harry Kane and Alphonso Davies to travel to London after summer break
Bayern Munich duo Harry Kane and Alphonso Davies returned to the club’s Säbener Straße HQ on Wednesday to undergo performance tests after three weeks of vacation.
As reported by Kicker, the duo will travel to London ahead of Saturday’s game against Tottenham Hotspur, and Kane is expected to feature, playing a few minutes, as part of an agreement between the two clubs last summer. After helping England to the Euro 2024 final, Kane had been struggling with a back problem throughout, while Davies also returns after representing Canada at the Copa America.
As of next week, Bayern Munich head coach Vincent Kompany will have his full squad together. After beating Egypt 3-1, France have made the Olympic final where they face Spain. The Rekordmeister’s new signing, Michael Olise, has been a star of the tournament, scoring two and creating four.
Shortly after Friday’s final, Olise will travel to Munich after enjoying his summer vacation prior to the tournament.
