  • For those selecting 4 or 5 sessions per week, the Freeletics Coach can incorporate running intervals and running Gods to further improve explosivity and peak power output.
  • Users can start this Training Journey at any time, even if they’re currently on a different program.
  • The journey is adaptable to different fitness levels, with the Coach adjusting based on user feedback and performance.

Skill Progressions

The Explosive Calisthenics Training Journey includes all Skill Progressions available in the Freeletics app, except those involving dumbbells or kettlebells. This ensures a comprehensive bodyweight-focused training experience.
