FKA, whose real name is Tahliah Debrett Barnett, was spotted strolling the streets of London yesterday, sporting a natural look.

The Grammy nominee sipped a hot beverage dressed in an all-grey ensemble.

FKA wore a dark grey long-sleeved shirt under a short-sleeved top, a grey skirt, and a matching scarf.

She paired her outfit with chunky black sunglasses, calf-length boots, and an Intimissimi shopping bag hanging off her arm.

Her outing comes just before she is meant to testify against her ex-boyfriend, Shia LaBeouf, in a $10 million assault trial.

The two are set to stand before a judge on October 14 of this year.

The court date had seen multiple delays before the October date was officially set.

MILLION-DOLLAR TRIAL

In December 2020, FKA filed a lawsuit against her ex-boyfriend.

The legal documents filed at Los Angeles Superior Court cited that FKA accused Shia of sexual battery, assault, and infliction of emotional distress.

The documents also detailed that Shia allegedly “knowingly gave her a sexually transmitted disease.”

Shia denied these allegations in his filing.

In court documents exclusively obtained by The U.S. Sun, FKA said she consented to several of Shia’s requests in Disney star’s filing, calling them a “fishing expedition.”

“Defendant seeks the entirety of Plaintiff’s medical history, going well beyond the injuries that are actually at issue,” the documents read.

“Plaintiff has already agreed to provide documents that relate to any damages or injuries that she is alleging occurred because of Defendant, therefore it is unclear how the remainder of documents are relevant, and not privileged.”

The documents also reveal that Shia’s team requested her financial statements from 2017.

“[Shia] contends it seeks the information based on a far-fetched theory that [FKA’s] level of income is correlated to her emotional distress. Specifically, [Shia] argues that if [FKA] is working and making income, then she does not suffer from emotional distress. This is simply not true.”

Additionally, it was noted that she had to undergo a psychotherapy exam.

Due to FKA’s filing, the singer is seeking $10 million in damages, with a significant portion of the funds being donated to domestic violence charities.

FKA and Shia began dating in September 2018 after the pair met on the set of his film Honey Boy.

The two dated for nine months before calling it quits.
