Grosvenor Services expands shopping centre FM deal

Grosvenor Services has expanded its facilities management contract with shopping centre operator Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield (URW). 

Grosvenor has retained its contract for services at Westfield London, and will now provide comprehensive cleaning, facilities management and environmental services for Westfield Stratford City, and Centrale & Whitgift in Croydon.

Grosvenor’s contract with URW was originally awarded in 2016. The company said that this five-year extension leveraged its extensive experience managing high-footfall, complex retail environments while tailoring services to the unique retail and hospitality requirements of each site.
