Golden State Warriors star Stephen Curry surprised a fan in London with an autographed jersey.
Curry went somewhat undercover at an NBA Store in England while Team USA was competing in a pair of exhibition games.
Wearing a bucket hat and dark sunglasses, he was seen wandering over to where his jerseys were hanging on the racks of the store.
It was there that two fans were examining his uniform – with the woman fan picking it up off the wall.
‘You like that jersey?’ Curry asked the fan – who seemed to recognize him. ‘That’s a nice jersey you got there.’
Steph Curry took a photograph and signed the jersey of a fan at the London NBA Store
Curry (4) and Team USA are now focused on the Olympics after playing two tight friendlies
‘It’s the best jersey,’ the fan replied.
‘You gonna buy it?,’ Curry wondered. ‘You thinking about it?… I think that’s the best one in here.’
The fan did end up buying the jersey – which Curry then signed for her and took a picture with her.
Curry and Team USA have already closed out their London exhibition – winning both games they played against South Sudan and Germany.
But both games were tough for the Americans – having to stage comebacks in each contest to get their victories.
Now their attention can fully switch to the Olympics – with their opening game coming against Serbia in Lille on July 28.
They’ll also be playing against South Sudan and Puerto Rico in their Group C matchups in these Olympic games.
