On October 25th, the historic and elegant Savile Club in Mayfair became the setting for a deeply meaningful celebration—the launch of my first book, Release and Renew: Healing Hands of Jack’s Reiki. The room was filled with warmth, excitement, and energy as clients, friends, and new faces gathered to support the book that shares my journey and the powerful healing path I’ve walked for the past seven years.

Release and Renew is a culmination of my experiences and discoveries as a Reiki Master, energy healer, and coach. My journey into Reiki began in my teens, after leaving home and school at 14 with no roadmap. It was a pivotal, life-changing experience that opened me up to a new, powerful path and led me to the life I lead today. Since then, Reiki has helped me create a successful practice where I work with people from all walks of life, especially women seeking purpose, healing, and clarity. Over the years, I’ve been blessed to coach a wide range of clients—from celebrities to individuals embarking on life-changing journeys. My natural gift for reading auras and intuitively connecting with people has allowed me to help others uncover their own potential for healing and spiritual growth.

The launch event was nothing short of magical. The grandeur of The Savile Club provided a perfect backdrop, and the atmosphere was filled with anticipation and connection. As guests arrived, the room buzzed with curiosity about Release and Renew, which explores Reiki, energy healing, crystals, and tarot as tools for self-discovery and renewal. Many clients, friends, and newcomers engaged in heartfelt conversations, sharing stories of their own journeys and experiences with healing practices. As I spoke with everyone, I was reminded of the beauty of a community that’s open to spiritual exploration and the powerful bond that forms when people come together for a shared purpose.

Writing Release and Renew gave me a chance to reflect on the power of healing and the joy of guiding others. It’s more than a book; it’s an invitation to anyone who wants to explore their own spiritual journey and embrace the transformative potential of energy work. I’ve poured into its pages my belief that healing and renewal are accessible to everyone, regardless of background or experience. Alongside Reiki, the book explores the energies of crystals and the wisdom of tarot, aiming to offer readers practical tools for introspection, growth, and self-renewal.

One of my proudest roles, outside of healing, is being a mother to my beautiful 4-year-old, Phoenix. Just as my journey with Reiki shaped me, being a parent has transformed my perspective, teaching me patience, love, and the power of nurturing—qualities I now bring to my work as a healer and coach.
