Jaguars vs Bears: NFL London start time and how to watch live today
The series kicked off in fine style in the capital last weekend, when Aaron Rodgers and the New York Jets just fell short in their comeback attempt against Sam Darnold and the undefeated Minnesota Vikings, who held on to triumph 23-17 in what proved to be Robert Saleh’s final game in charge of Gang Green.
We have another intriguing clash coming up this afternoon as the Jaguars make their latest extended trip to second home London for two regular season meetings.
The Jags – who won twice in London last year, beating both the Atlanta Falcons and the Buffalo Bills – experienced a woeful start to the season as they quickly dropped to 0-4 with huge pressure on head coach Doug Pederson following losses to the Miami Dolphins, Cleveland Browns, Bills and Houston Texans.

However, they head back to the UK with renewed confidence after a thrilling 37-34 defeat of their AFC South rivals the Indianapolis Colts on home soil in week five, rookie kicker Cam Little hitting a 49-yard field goal with just 17 seconds left after an epic contest in which Trevor Lawrence snapped out of his prolonged funk by throwing for a career-high 371 yards and two touchdowns, duelling with the evergreen back-up quarterback of the Colts, Joe Flacco.
The Jaguars also got things going on the ground with 101 yards and two scores from No2 running back Tank Bigsby, though things get notably tougher this week against one of the NFL’s best defensive units.
The Bears head to London for the first time since being edged out by the then Oakland Raiders in the first NFL game to be played at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium in 2019, sitting at 3-2 after some initial growing pains for much-hyped No1 overall draft pick Caleb Williams.
After everybody but the quarterback carried the team to an opening win over the Tennessee Titans, Matt Eberflus’ side suffered back-to-back losses to the Texans and Colts before seeing off the heavily depleted Los Angeles Rams and then dominating the lowly Carolina Panthers last time out.
