New 24/7 gym coming to East London next week | London Daily News

The Gym Group will officially open its first 24/7 gym in Plaistow at midday on Tuesday July 23rd, conveniently located next to Plaistow underground station and equipped with a variety of high-spec fitness kit for all levels.

This launch is part of the nationwide chain’s broader expansion strategy, including across Greater London, with two more nearby gyms set to open later this year in Bromley-by-Bow and East Ham.

This latest opening is part of the company’s wider expansion plans, including across Greater London, with recent gym openings in Orpington and Euston. The Gym Group is also set to open two further gyms in the nearby area later this year, in Bromley-by-Bow and East Ham.
