‘Do the right thing’
“I understand it can be difficult for some people to speak to police but I would urge you to do the right thing.
“I am appealing to anyone who has information, whether as a witness to the shooting or who knows who is responsible for this terrible crime, to come forward.”
The Met said that Mr Lloyd-Smith’s family continue to be supported by specially trained officers as its murder investigation continues.
“Jesse’s family are devastated and need to know who was responsible for his murder,” DCI Gammampila said.
