QPR vs Tottenham LIVE: Time, team news and how to follow pre-season friendly
Tottenham will continue their pre-season preparations with a trip across London to battle Championship neighbours QPR this afternoon.
Spurs are among the most active Premier League sides this summer with a busy schedule that covers Scotland, Japan, and South Korea.
Ange Postecoglou’s men beat Cambridge in a behind-closed-doors game at their training ground, before facing Hearts in midweek.
The north Londoners then face a long-awaited reunion with their capital rivals in the west, who beat Spanish fifth-tier side L’Escala 11-0 last week.
QPR’s impressive late-season form under Marti Cifuentes was enough to finish 18th in the Championship, having been six points adrift of safety when the Spaniard took charge in October.
However, the Rs are still some way from returning to the Premier League, which is where they last faced Spurs in a 2-1 defeat in March 2015 following a Harry Kane double.

QPR vs Tottenham: What has been said?
Spurs’ new signing Lucas Bergvall has opened up about the difference in the training approach under Postecoglou.
He said via Football London: “It’s going really well, this is a fantastic club with amazing players and amazing staff, so I’m really happy to be here and start pre-season.
“Training has been really good, tough as well, so much speed and power. So, yes, it’s been tough, totally different from Sweden, but it’s fun as well.
“It’s a really important time for me, important to get to know everyone before the season starts so we can form that good connection.”
