The Gym Group opens new 24/7 gym in Bromley By Bow, following recent openings in Plaistow and East Ham. The Gym Group, a leading low cost, high value gym chain with 241 gyms nationwide, officially opened its newest 24/7 gym in Bromley-by-Bow today, marking the company’s 17th location in East London.

The Gym Group Bromley by Bow is conveniently located at Leaside Lock, just a short walk from both Bromley by Bow Underground Station and Devons Road DLR Station, as well as several bus routes, making it easily accessible for locals and commuters alike.
