OPP Const. Jeff Hare said the investigation was ongoing and officers were “still trying to determine what happened.” Hare told CTV London the crash should serve as a reminder to all drivers to be aware of what’s around them.
“Everybody has to be aware of their surroundings. Unfortunately with motorcycles, we need to do shoulder checks and we all need to share the road,” he said.
The names of the two people killed were not made public, pending notification of next of kin, police said.
