Stephen Curry drilled 6-of-9 three-pointers and led Team USA with 24 points in the team’s 105-79 win over Nikola Jokic and Serbia earlier in the week. The Americans continued to get their extraordinary depth involved with stars Anthony Edwards (16 points) and Bam Adebayo (17) both scoring in double figures. Anthony Davis blocked six Serbia shots in a reserve role, and LeBron James started and delivered 11 points on 5-of-7 shooting.

The USA vs. South Sudan matchup will be a preview to a contest happening on July 31 at the 2024 Olympics Games in Paris. Team USA goes off as a -500 favorite to win its fifth straight Olympic gold medal and now looks to tighten up its play with South Sudan and a game against Germany still to come in London.
