Virat Kohli Holds His Son Akaay On The Streets Of London, Video Goes Viral – Watch

The former India batter Virat Kohli was spotted holding his baby boy Akaay on the streets of London. Kohli is currently in London with his wife Anushka Sharma and kids. After winning the T20 World Cup 2024, Virat has been enjoying time off from cricket in London with his family.

This was the first time that Akaay was spotted publicly seven months after his birth. Kohli flew to London immediately after taking part in grand celebrations in Mumbai. Kohli did not shy away from expressing love for his family as after a long 16-hour flight from Barbados, and a flight to Mumbai from Delhi, he decided to go to London in order to meet his family.

After winning the T20 World Cup 2024, Virat announced his retirement from the shortest format of the game. He even won the Player of the Match during India’s T20 World Cup 2024 final against South Africa.

In a recent interaction, Virat Kohli said, “So, it’s just about not leaving any undone business behind and not having any regrets later, which I’m very sure of I won’t. Once I’m done, I’ll be gone; you won’t see me for a while. So, I want to give it everything I have till the time I play and that’s the only thing that keeps me going.” (RCB) [via Economic Times].

“I think, as sportsmen, we do have an end date to our careers, so I’m just working backwards, I don’t want to finish my career thinking what if I had done this on that particular day because I can’t keep going on and on forever,” he added.

According to the reports, Virat Kohli is likely to take a rest for the upcoming three-match ODI series in Sri Lanka. The selection committee will take a call on the T20I and ODI squads on Thursday, June 18.
