Woman sexually assaulted at northwest London business – London News Today

A London man is facing charges in connection with the sexual assault of a woman at a business in the northwest-end of the city earlier this year.

The woman went to the unnamed business in the area of Hyde Park and Gainsborough roads on February 26 to request services from a licensed service provider, London police said in a statement on Wednesday. During the interaction that ensued, the woman was allegedly sexually assaulted by the service provider. She was not physically hurt, police said.

The woman left the business and reported the incident to police. Investigators with the police sexual assault and child abuse section launched an investigation.

In May, a man went to police headquarters to turn himself in to officers.

Daniel John To, 26, of London, is charged with one count of sexual assault. He is scheduled to appear in court in relation to the charge on June 13.
